A lash lift curls your own lashes from the root using a silicone shield and a gentle perming solution, then a tint darkens them. The Korean technique uses smaller shields and a more precise lift, so the curl looks natural and even rather than over-bent, and it works on short and straight lashes that other lifts miss.

At NewskinLA the K-Lift takes 45 to 60 minutes. You lie with your eyes closed the whole time; most clients nap. You leave with lifted, darker lashes that need no mascara, and no extensions to maintain or grow out.

What to expect during a Korean lash lift in Burbank

Prep. Lashes cleansed; a silicone shield is placed on the lid and lashes are combed onto it.
Lift. The lifting solution goes on for several minutes with your eyes closed.
Set. A setting solution locks the curl.
Tint. Color developed for a few minutes.

Is it safe? Does it damage lashes?

Done correctly and no more than every 6 weeks, yes it's safe. The keratin finish conditions the lashes. Anna won't over-process.

Can I wear mascara after?

Yes, after the first 24 hours. Most clients find they don't need it.

Does it hurt or sting?

No. Your eyes stay closed the whole time. If you have very sensitive eyes you may feel mild warmth.
