Rough texture, bumps and pores that look bigger than they are, smoothed with exfoliation, extractions and peels that refine the surface.
Pores don't shrink, but they look large when they're stretched by oil and debris, and skin looks rough when dead cells and congestion build up on the surface. Treating both is about clearing what's in the pores, exfoliating what's on top, and keeping oil in check so it doesn't come back.
The plan usually starts with an Acne Clarifying Facial or Bio-Brasion for extractions and exfoliation, moves to microdermabrasion or a Jessner peel for texture, and settles into monthly maintenance. A simple home routine with a BHA and a non-clogging moisturizer keeps pores clear between visits.
